MINT LAYER INGREDIENTS 1 Avocado 1/4 cup honey 6 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut 3/8 tsp mint extract dash of salt CHOCOLATE LAYER INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup coconut oil 2 tbsp honey 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/4 tsp vanilla extract dash of salt

I was dubious when making these but they turned out far better than I expected, apart from the fact that I didn’t quite have the correct cutters for the first batch…I will make some more tomorrow and change the picture to my own!!!…
